Junior high can be a difficult stage for any teenager. The transition from elementary to middle school can be overwhelming. From having to use a locker to not having a homeroom teacher — the adjustment can be difficult. It was for me. Having to give up recess for study hall was awkward. Having to descend from being a big fish in a small pond, to a small fish in a big one took time to adjust to.

For all you pet owners out there, which species makes for a better pet — cats or dogs? Everybody has an opinion. For all of you who say there is a time and place for both, I scoff. If you had to choose one — which one would it? Let me help you decide by naming off a few pros and cons. Let’s start with cats.
That Old College Loan Try
College has ceased to be a privilege. It has become something more of an expected right — perhaps even a rite of passage. Indeed, the nature of business and commerce these days require at least a Bachelor’s Degree for entry-level employment. And thus the rare privilege has indeed become a basic requirement. High school is no longer an education in and of itself, but merely a springboard to university-level education. Of course, this all comes at cost.
